The second batch of Multidisciplinary in  Paleontology and Geology- 4days  residential workshop organized by Friends of Biodiversity – Runakanda Conservation Center, successfully finished. As guest speakers, Dr Aravinda Ravibhanu [ CEO -Eco Astronomy Inc |  Ambassador The Mars society USA and Ambassador Beijing Forestry University International College- China] and Mr. Geeth Sameera [ visiting geologist], Eng. Majda Aouititen [ Director academic Eco Astronomy Sri Lanka], Mr.Nalin Munasisngha [ Prehistoric explorer], Mr. Udaya Chanaka [ Director – Friends of Biodiversity – Runakanda Conservation Center] participated in this valuable event.  Due to the workshop processing guidelines many fossils, mineral and rock samples were used for the practical level studies. Also, there was further discussion regarding fossilization and restoration related activities for extreme conditions.
